Ecopsyched! offers a variety of outings for your team. Get outdoors and (re)integrate.

Guided Hikes
Enjoy the sunbeams through a canopy of trees on the trail with your teammates. Practice shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) during a quiet and restorative stroll through the forest, or catch up as you reap the benefits of time outdoors.

Storytelling and Story Collecting
Learn the ingredients for engaging storytelling, as you practice sharing your own experiences and drawing stories from others, all in an outdoor, creative setting.

Local Hikes
Network on the trail. Take a break from meeting rooms, and walk the trails with colleagues and new contacts. Explore one of the many regional, state, and national parks in the DMV, or across the country where your conference is held.

Story Circles
Gather together for storytelling under the trees. Learn storytelling techniques to serve you in the office with teammates and around the fire pit with friends and family. Try your hand at telling your own stories and drawing stories from others in a circle of new friends.
